If I could give Haw's Plaza Auto 10 Stars, I would do it without question because they deserve it. A month ago, I was involved in a fairly substantial accident in which I was rear-ended and pushed into the car in front by a texting driver while I was stopped at a traffic light. Despite the obvious liability, the insurance companies have done nothing but give me the run around. Leah and Haw's have been the only honest and straightforward parties with which I have dealt--I cannot give Leah any higher praise. She has been amazing at coordinating the insurance companies' 3rd party estimators and providing accurate, direct and honest information about the damage to the vehicle which has allowed me to deal with the insurance companies that are doing nothing. It is so refreshing and rare to find a business that actually cares about not only the quality of its work, but also the quality of its customer service. Without any question, this is the first and only place that I would recommend taking any vehicle that needs body work.

Have had to take more cars in for repair than I would like, but Mike and staff always do an excellent job. I don't even bother getting comparison estimates any more.

Outstanding professional service! This is not my first "perfect" experience with Haws exceptional staff and Mike Dunbar. If all businesses were to operate on this high, "exceeding expectations" level, the world would be such a better planet!!! Haws' ideal location, right next to the ultra-contemporary Lafayette library, is also super convenient.

I've brought my car here unfortunately too many times, people seem to like hitting my car :( But these guys always fix it up real nice! I will saw they aren't the fastest but I never been disappointed with the quality of there work plus they have a lifetime guarantee on all there work.

Excellent Work! We have brought our 2008 BMW and our 2010 Toyota Tundra here for body work after 2 accidents and they are exceptional. Our most recent accident was done to our truck. We just bought it in November 2010, and it had just over 2,000 miles on it when we were side-swiped on a street in San Francisco. Mike took great care of the truck and went beyond our expectations by having it inspected by a professional -- making sure the alignment was right-on and everything was up to par-- before returning it to us. Their paint and body work is flawless - and - their customer service is outstanding to the 10th power! We wouldn't go anywhere else. You're in good hands with Haws!

As good as it gets! I keep my cars forever and they look almost new when I sell them. Recently my new car was hit and I was heartbroken. I was treated like am member of the family and my car is like new again. There is no reason to go anywhere else.

I'm not much of a car person, in fact I know little about cars, which is why I always feel uncomfortable in auto places... but now Haws. They were very professional, did what they said they would, kept me up to date on the progress, gave me a ride to work and I left my rental car with them to take care of! Highly recommend using Haws Auto Body in Lafayette. My car looks like new!
