They worked long distance with me to get my Mom's beloved 20 year old Camary back to working order. They went the extra mile to do a bit of detailing, rock chip repair, and fabulous communication with my 86 year old Mom.

I'm so happy with my '98 Toyota Camry XLE after repairing both the rear and front bumpers. The repairs were done quickly and the final cost was lower than the initial estimate. Also, I was given a rental to use while my car was in the shop, and the whole process was made very simple and affordable. Also, everyone was really nice and kept me informed about my cars progress so I knew how things were going.

First and foremost, absolutely sucks that you are reading over reviews for an auto body shop. Hope that there were no injuries. We recently got hit by another car (everyone was ok, thx for asking) and our insurance rep recommended Haws. We took our car here and we were amazed at the level of service and professionalism. In particular, Leah was amazing at communicating with us throughout the process. She also coordinated with both insurance companies to make sure the deductible and everything would be paid and we could get our car back asap. Although i certainly hope that we don't get in another accident, it's great to know that Haws would be our first and only call to get everything fixed.

Mike and Leah's customer service goes so far beyond anything I have ever experienced that I won't take my cars anywhere else. They bend over backwards to make it easy for their customers and the quality of the job is outstanding. They don't cut corners, so if you want a perfect finish to your repair this is the place to go to. Really friendly local family business too.

Over the last 17 years when I have needed to have my vehicles repaired I have used Haw's each time, the last time was last week. Why? Quality of work, customer service, professionalism, follow up, and you know where your vehicle is in the process of repair. No Surprises. Terry and Dee have developed a very successful business model and now Mike, Leah and Genevieve are following in Terry's and Dee's footsteps. I have no hesitation in recommending Haw's Auto Body for a quality Auto body repair work.

After a really unfortunate Audi-door-into-pole incident with my boyfriend's car, we took it to Haws to get an estimate and/or see if they could get it to close so we could at least secure the car. The guys at the shop took a look at it and said we would probably need to buy a new door, but they would see what they could do about getting it to close. After about 20 minutes of tinkering, adjusting, and some stretching, the door closes, locks, and is, for the most part, flush against the rest of the car. It's a huge relief to not have to need to spend a couple thousand on a new door right now, and the guys at Haws gave us a workable solution for the time being. By far, the nicest shop I've ever dealt with. Everyone we talked to was professional and very kind. They went out of their way to help us out, so I'll definitely be telling anyone I know who needs body work on their car to take it to Haws.

Leah and the Haws Team are amazing. I was completely overjoyed when I picked up my BMW from their shop. My car looks like it is brand new. They resolved a couple of problems (vandalism and rear bumper collision). They also had a rental car waiting for me, so I didn't have to worry about getting one. I will only use and recommend Haws Auto Body. They can be trusted with our cars. Many thanks to Haws.

I went in and wanted to see about an estimate for some work before I sell my car. I think her name was Leah...was SO kind to me, looked at all the damage, assessed the work needed, and told me flat out that it wasn't worth her company fixing the car. She looked up Kelly Blue Book prices and even emailed me a craigslist ad for a comparable car, and basically gave me awesome advice for half an hour, free of charge. I was shocked. I always feel like car places are trying to take advantage of me. I almost wish I had work to give them! But instead I will write this nice review. :)

I've owned BMWs for almost 30 years and Haws is exceptional. Recently I had a rear bumper that the sun had damaged over the years. It needed to be repainted. The car is 14 years old and in excellent condition. The work done was perfect in match. If you care about your car, well, so does Haws.

Having to visit an Auto Body shop is on par with having to get a consultation on a root canal. I was in a bad mood going in after my month old vehicle was a victim of a hit and run in a parking lot. I was expecting the worst as there was noticeable damage to the right side of the rear bumper and a nick on the quarter panel. My estimator was extremely pleasant and immediately tried to look for opportunities to avoid repairs. Within 5 minutes my car was sitting in their detail shop getting a rub down. Miraculously they were able work out a lot of superficial damage with only a couple of scratches remaining on the bumper. It was almost good enough to leave alone, but she left the decision up to me. We plan on getting the bumper replaced through Haws', however thanks to a little elbow grease my repair will be about 1k less. Thank you, Haws' for making me feel better about a bad situation.
