The Haws' team does excellent work, and provides excellent service overall. I appreciate their prompt communication and flexibility in terms of drop off and pickup. We've had three vehicles serviced there, with all the body work done by Loren S. The cars always come back at least as good as new. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Loren is an artist. Haw's under Mike's leadership has established a first class team who produces quality work on time and works diligently with the insurance company to insure a first class work is completed. I have had my cars worked on by Haws autobody off and on for the past 10 to 15 years. I haven't had a need lately until my Z3 was in an accident. I brought it to them to fix the damage from the small accident, but ended up having them do a full detail on that car, a full detail and ceramic coating on my Toyota Tacoma, then on my sons BMW, and his fiancé's is as well! They all turned out fantastic. Next it's my wife's car's turn.

The raving reviews are accurate. I brought my car in during an usually wet day to install a hitch. They were efficient and friendly. And what's more, they even put down a disposable mat* in my car. The small details matter. *I made the hole with my own foot, not them.

NO QUESTION - GO TO HAWS! A turkey on the approach to the Benicia Bridge attacked my Lexus and caused some front grille damage. Larry at Haws was glad to see that I had removed most of the bird (as a previous customer had not) promptly examined my grille, got me an estimate, ordered the replacement parts and told me to call to set up an hour appointment to get the grille replaced when it was convenient for me. I called at 11:00 AM this morning, Larry told me to come in around 1:00 PM. I did, the grille work was done by 2:00 PM and I was on my way. Haws is professional, honest and deliver what they promise. NICE!

I'm so impressed with Haws' Auto Plaza! I initially called because I had a bad experience with another shop, and now I'm so glad I found Haws'. My experience there was great from start to finish. Mike was a pleasure to work with. He called to give me updates throughout the repair process. He worked with my insurance and claim adjuster to get a tricky claim taken care. Everyone who works there is so friendly. The work detail is flawless. They even returned my rental car for me! Will definitely recommend to others.

We recently partnered with Haws and our insurance company to repair our damaged Toyota 4Runner. The communication began with a smile at the reception and continued during the week our vehicle was repaired. We received updates on when our vehicle would be completed and were pleased to receive it a day early. Unfortunately, I have needed to use several auto body shops in the Bay Area over the years. I have never felt satisfied with service and results and I just dreaded the process. Haws, however, is by far as the best and most reliable shop that I have ever encountered. Mike is my contact and he is trust worthy and does high quality work. He knows the business inside and out, top to bottom. He handles all the hard work with insurance companies and he goes to bat for you. Mike gives great customer service and communicates with customers very well. This was the first and only time that an Auto Body shop has given me great service and results. I was really bummed when I got a dent in my nearly new SUV. Haws did a fantastic job fixing it so that it looks like it never happened. Very nice people to deal with too!
